How do I book an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel free of charge. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged at 50% of the treatment price, as the time is held exclusively for you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash in HUF, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Hungarian health/wellness cards. Class packs can also be paid by bank transfer.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available for any amount or specific treatment, in an elegant printed envelope or as a digital card delivered by email. They are valid for twelve months.

How do yoga and Pilates class bookings work?

Classes are capped at eight participants and are reserved through our Fresha booking page. Single classes, 5-class and 10-class packs, and monthly memberships are all available. Class packs are valid for four months.

Do I need experience to join a class?

Not at all. Every class is taught with modifications, and your first Pilates session includes a short postural assessment so the teacher knows how to support you.

Can I buy the products you use in treatments?

Yes — everything in our Shop is used in the salon. Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day within Hungary, and can also be collected in the salon.

Do you speak English?

Our whole team works in Hungarian and English, and some of us also speak German. Many of our clients are expatriates and visitors.
